Brunch is my love language, and Costco makes it ridiculously easy to pull one together without spending all morning in the kitchen. Whether you’re hosting family, feeding a hungry crew after sports, or want an excuse to eat muffins and bacon at the same time (always yes), the warehouse has you covered.
From freezer-friendly staples to bakery treats that disappear in minutes, here are my go-to Costco brunch picks.
Costco Brunch Ideas
La Terra Fina Quiche (2-Pack)

The Costco quiche twin pack is a real winner. They freeze beautifully, and the broccoli cheddar is our go-to. Around the holidays, you might spot individual mini quiches in the freezer section. We haven’t tested them yet, but they look adorable on a platter and seem like the easiest grab-and-go option for a brunch spread.
Orange Juice

Like everything else, OJ prices are sky-high these days. We tried buying big bottles at Costco and freezing them—total fail. One leaked all over the freezer, and the savings were less than a dollar. Zero out of ten, do not recommend. But for a big group? Grabbing OJ at Costco is worth it for the sheer convenience.
Croissants and Danish

Costco’s bakery section is basically brunch gold. Their trays are a mix of seasonal flavors and classics, and they make your spread instantly feel fancy (and sweet).
Muffins

There’s been some muffin drama lately—lots of people swear they’ve changed. Personally, we haven’t noticed a big difference. The new, smaller size? Love it. Easier to serve to a crowd and no more half-eaten muffins left behind.
Bacon

Kirkland Signature Bacon is a freezer staple in our house. It’s thick, flavorful, crisps up perfectly, and doesn’t have that weird artificial taste some store-bought bacon does. Pro tip: Bake it in the oven on a foil-lined sheet for easy cleanup.
Bagels, Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon

For a savory addition, grab Costco bagels and cream cheese, then add smoked salmon, capers, and red onion. It’s not quite a New York lox situation—lox is saltier and fishier—but smoked salmon has a lovely complexity, especially when it’s wood-smoked. Either way, it feels fancy without the fuss.
Fruit
No brunch table is complete without fruit. Costco berries are consistently excellent (and cheaper than the grocery store). When in season, cotton candy grapes are a fun surprise, and the pre-chopped melon trays make variety easy.
Kirkland Egg Sandwiches

These are a sleeper hit. Toss them in the air fryer, then wrap in foil to keep warm. They taste just as good—if not better—than the Starbucks version, and at half the price, you won’t feel guilty about serving them to a crowd.
Sous Vide Egg Bites

Speaking of Starbucks dupes, Costco’s egg bites are fantastic. They come in bacon or egg white versions—we like both. The egg whites are a great lighter option. We’ve tested every cooking method, and the air fryer wins: crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Serve with hot sauce for the perfect bite.
The beauty of a Costco brunch is that it feels special without being stressful. Stock your freezer with a few of these staples, add some fresh fruit, and you’ve got a spread that looks like you worked way harder than you actually did. Whether you lean sweet with danishes and muffins or go savory with quiche, smoked salmon, and bacon, you really can’t go wrong.
