Costco shrimp cocktail is only suitable for two days, so buying these before Thanksgiving is best. It comes with cocktail sauce and lemons.

Best Thanksgiving Food at Costco 2023 — Side Dishes
Mashed Potatoes

The warehouse has everything you need to make mashed potatoes from scratch: milk, five and 10-pound bags of potatoes, and butter. But, if you don’t feel like putting in the effort, buy Main Street’s Mashed Potatoes.
Caesar Salad

We tried every salad kit at Costco, and the Caesar Salad was one of our favorites. It’s a crowd-pleaser and so easy to put together.
Crescent Rolls

These are currently on sale for $7.89 for 40 rolls. It’s the lowest price we’ve seen anywhere. They bake well in a toaster oven if you don’t have space in your regular range.
Stuffing

Named the Best Stuffing by Food and Wine, Costco carries Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing Mix.
Best Thanksgiving Food at Costco 2023 — Turkey
The warehouse sells five types of turkey. Whether you want pre-cooked, large or small, they’ve got you covered.

Best Thanksgiving Food at Costco 2023 — Desserts
Pumpkin Pie

Arguably one of the most popular holiday desserts, no Thanksgiving would be complete without a Costco pumpkin pie.
Apple Pie

Another excellent option for the dessert table, apple pie is the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Usher in the holiday season with unique winter flavors: Peppermint and chocolate are a winning combo.
Costco Thanksgiving Dinner For 2
Just because you have a smaller crowd doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a feast. Here are some great options for a Costco Thanksgiving Dinner for two.
Turkey

There’s no need to make a whole bird for two people. Instead, try the Kirkland Signature Turkey Breast. It’s fully cooked, so there’s no prep involved; you just heat and eat. The packages are approximately three pounds, which is still a fair amount for a couple. But it freezes well. We like to cut it into thirds or quarters, place it in freezer bags, and store it for about 4-6 months.
Vicky’s Kitchen Roast Turkey Breast

If stuffed turkey is what you crave, try Vicky’s Roast Turkey Breast. Inside the meat is sausage cornbread stuffing, and the package includes a cranberry apple chutney glaze. It’s fully cooked, so a quick reheat in the microwave is all you need.
Mashed Potatoes
Main Street Bistro’s Mashed Potatoes come in two packages that will provide enough for leftovers. They aren’t as good as homemade, but work in a pinch. Make sure you stir them halfway as directed; it makes a difference!
Salad
For a quick vegetable side dish, try a salad kit. The Caesar Salad Kit is excellent here, and you can use leftover meat for a turkey Caesar Salad for lunches.
Pumpkin Pie
No Thanksgiving feast would be complete without a pumpkin pie. While Costco’s version is large, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy one. They freeze well—our Pumpkin Pie FAQ shares exactly how to freeze it.
