Costco Cauliflower Pizza: A Healthy and Delicious Alternative to Traditional Pizza

Sometimes you want an easy dinner but don’t want to fuss. These are the times when a frozen pizza fits the bill. But what about a healthier version?

Costco cauliflower pizza has become popular for those seeking a healthier, gluten-free alternative to traditional pizza. Made with a crust of cauliflower, rice flour, and mozzarella cheese, this pizza has gained a reputation for its crispy texture and delicious taste. The crust is also lower in carbs than a traditional pizza crust, making it a favorite for those following a low-carb diet.

Whether you’re a cauliflower lover or just looking to switch up your pizza game, Costco’s cauliflower pizza is worth a try. We tried both varieties sold in the warehouse to find out everything you want to know. Does it taste good? Can you taste the veggies? Is it healthy?

    Costco Cauliflower Pizza Price

Kirkland Signature Supreme version costs $11.79 for two, while Milton’s costs $13.89 for two.

We purchased Milton’s version in march for $10.49, the cheapest we’ve ever seen. Check the product tag for more information if you are interested when the price changes.

These prices are much lower than competitors. The popular Caulipower brand sells one pizza that is much smaller for $9.99. Milton’s cauliflower pizzas typically sell for around $9 per pizza in grocery stores.

Both brands are great buys and worth the space in your freezer.

    Costco Cauliflower Pizza Review

We highly recommend the Milton Roasted Vegetable Cauliflower Pizza. Even though it’s a little more than the Kirkland Signature variety, we liked the taste better, and it’s still a great deal.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cauliflower pizzas. Both were crispy and flavorful, and easy to cook. You cannot taste the cauliflower; it produces a crispy crust.

The Kirkland Signature variety has more toppings making it a little heartier, but it also has a lot more grease. The edges cooked quicker than the middle, causing a darker outside than we would have liked. It was good, but we would not call it great.

In contrast, the Milton Cauliflower Pizza was great! It wasn’t too heavy but had great taste. The veggies on top were abundant and flavorful. The only gripe was that the mushrooms were a little mushy, but that’s expected from freezing. We highly recommend this version; even our kids liked it.

You can’t beat the price, although we needed two pizzas for our family of four. This was a great deal since grocery store versions are easily double the price.
